Our Milwaukee home builders give you the best possible pricing. We don’t mark-up site work costs and all the allowances you receive are offered at builder cost. Since we build our homes to be sustainable and eco-friendly, the savings from recycled building materials and energy efficient appliances is passed on to you.
As a general guideline, homes based off of our models range from $134 to $174 per square foot. Custom home square footage prices vary based on the desired design options and level of finish. These homes can range up to $210 per square foot.
Based on census data, the average cost of building a new home was about $150-$170 per square foot last year. Unfortunately, this data does not include whether the homes were fully finished and furnished. It also does not address the quality of the building material. Remember to consider property as well when estimating the cost of your new home. When selecting an open lot, factors like acreage, location, and landscaping will add on to the overall costs of your home. A waterfront property will be more expensive than a lot without lake access. The terrain and size of your lot will also affect which style of home would be best suited for the land.
