The Baymont

Our split-bedroom Baymont ranch has a prairie influence, but the plan is extremely flexible and we’ve created many unique variations from cottage to contemporary. The Baymont is designed around the private master suite, which boasts charming details such as plant ledges and a stepped ceiling. Enjoy a morning coffee on the covered porch off the master bedroom, then pamper yourself in the luxurious tiled shower.

The kitchen features a generous family dining area that’s intimate enough for everyday meals, yet large enough for holiday gatherings. The nearby stairway incorporates the lower level into the heart of the home. Another functional space – the “away room” is a cozy place to curl up with a good book, or check messages in a conveniently located home office – either way, the home’s open concept assures that you won't feel isolated.
