We’re committed to building a home you can really live in and the Silverton is a shining example of the “not so big house.” The split-bedroom design is a comfortable plan for empty nest couples, as well as a larger family. The Silverton is beautifully designed – smaller doesn't mean less!

A cathedral ceiling runs through the center section of the home, giving the main rooms extra volume and a bigger feeling. The foyer has an impressive presence because of the open staircase to the lower level and its volume ceiling. The kitchen also features a cathedral ceiling with interesting detail over the dinette area. Adjacent to the dinette is the great room with a beautiful corner fireplace for versatility…the room allows for many different furniture configurations.
