DECEMBER 6, 2006 Craig Rakowski named chairman of the Contractor Certification Advisory Council. Purpose of the council is to work with the Wisconsin Dept. of Commerce to establish rules for dwelling contractor certification – these rules will require continuing education for all builders beginning Jan. 1, 2008. May 1, 2006 April 20, 2006 Builder Dave Montguire achieves "Certified Construction Professional"designation from the Metropolitan Builders Association. Dave completed 12 education courses in a two-year period related to all areas of residential construction. March 1, 2006 In association with Coello & Associates, James Craig Builders announces an Integra CR Foundation System is now standard in every James Craig home. The foundation wall is exclusive to James Craig, featuring additional vertical rebar and is 39 percent stronger than a block foundation built per code or a poured wall without vertical steel rebar. February 22, 2006 James Craig Builders once again makes the Business Journals List of The Largest Area Single Family Home Builders. Coming in at #22 February 22, 2006 Craig Rakowski is appointed chairman of the Wisconsin Builders Association Education Committee for the next two years. Craig will oversee statewide efforts to promote builder continuing education and consumer education working with Builders, Remodelers, Land Developers and the Wisconsin Department of Commerce. February 18,2006 Craig Rakowski was honored with the 2005 Rising Star Award by the Wisconsin Builders Association Annual Convention held in Milwaukee. February 17, 2006 Craig Rakowski and Rob Bultman of Veritas Development with David Pressly, the 2006 President of the National Association of Home Builders and his wife, Tammy. The group had lunch at Buck Bradleys in Milwaukee and toured the ongoing construction of the Park East corridor. January 1, 2006 MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL, WIS. January 1, 2006 Dave Montguire and Troy Heil become "Builders". In keeping with their added responsibilities to their clients, Dave and Troy's titles changed from expeditor to Builder. Dave and Troy will now be responsible for all facets of construction from excavating through the end of the warranty process.

December 13, 2005 Troy Heil becomes the newest member of the James Craig construction team. Troy brings his 10 years of in the field experience and a strong commitment to customer service to James Craig. December 2005 Advertising on wheels- New James Craig van creates mobile marketing buzz for company. November 10, 2005 Craig Rakowski presides over installation of the next group of MBA officers. "It's hard to believe my year as President of The MBA is coming to an end." October 27, 2005 Susan Kentowski becomes James Craig's first "Certified Construction Professional". This designation is earned by taking 12 courses in residential home construction and related areas over a two-year period at the MBA. She is recognized at the Metropolitan Builders Association General Membership meeting. October 26, 2005 MENOMONEE FALLS NEWS, WIS. Jim Hackbarth of Sonoma Wine Galleries is interviewed in a story, "A Merlot Feeling". Jim speaks about wine gallery design and his experience working with the James Craig Team on their 2004 Parade of Homes model, Elegance at Taylor's Woods. October 4, 2005 James Craig Builders is presented a "Beautification Award" in recognition of their contribution to the Beautification of the City of Wauwatosa from Mayor Estness. September, 2005 The James Craig 2004 Parade Model "Elegance at Taylor's Woods" is featured on the cover of the MBA's Abode Magazine. September 1, 2005 Asheboro II model opened in Prairie Wind Farm subdivision in Delafied. Septemeber 1, 2005 James Craig Builders announces some additional Advanced Building Specifications included in all of their homes- Heat Recovery Ventilators, Direct Vent water heater, 13 SEER air conditioners and premium grade 3/4" T & G floor panels. September 2005 James Craig Builders announces that it will be one of eight builders from the Metropolitan Builders Association to participate in Habitat for Humanities 2006 Home Builders Blitz. James Craig employees and subcontractors will be coordinated by Dave Montguire to construct a home in the Milwaukee area from June 5th-9th, 2006. Over 800 homes will be built by Habitat volunteers during this week in June 2006. July 25, 2005 MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL, WIS. April 15, 2005 James Craig president and owner, Craig Rakowski, partners with attorney Rob Bultman to form Veritas Land Development. The first venture will be developing more than 76 acres on Wehr Road in New Berlin. Veritas will work to layout a conservation subdivision making the best use of open spaces, woods and the tremendous views. March 8, 2005 Craig Rakowski gives a presentation to the Building Science Conference on “Production Scheduling and Estimating”. March 6, 2005 Milwaukee Journal Sentinel “Morning Mail”…”Most families have a positive Experience” writes Craig Rakowski. His letter statistically responds to the March 6 Article “Headaches of Home Building”. March 3, 2005 CRB Holdings, LLC (JCB's sister company) purchases 76.21 acres of rolling farm land and woods on Wehr Road in New Berlin. This land will be developed into a residential community. March, 2005 Craig Rakowski is nominated for a “Builders Edge Award”. The recipient must demonstrate leadership qualities professionally, as well as personally. Craig has been tireless in his industry efforts, and is recognized for community service. March, 2005 Kathy Loftus, Senior Home Consultant, is interviewed in Abode magazine, along with Ted Meils of Armin Koch Furniture. Their coordinated efforts led to the Grand Interior Design award for the 2004 Parade Model, “Elegance” at Taylor’s Woods. February, 2005 The Business Journal – James Craig Builders singled out as one of the top 25 largest Milwaukee-area single-family home builders for 2004. January 18, 2005 Susan Kentowski joins the James Craig team as the most recent new home consultant.. Susan brings an added dimension with her experience in the mortgage lending field. January 10, 2005 Bill Tatman, Vice President of Finance, James Craig Builders, is featured by UWM School of Business. Bill has successfully combined his experience and education to Pursue his master’s degree in business. January 14, 2005 “Demand for new homes rose in ’04, but materials costs hurt builders”… Craig Rakowski is interviewed by the Milwaukee Sentinal Journal regarding soaring material costs. While acknowledging that material pricing was a “wild ride”, Craig was also quick to point out that improving economy impacted job growth. January 6, 2005 Home Builders Expo, January 6-9, 2005 In keeping with the theme “Building Your Ideas; All Under One Roof”, Craig Rakowski,welcomes the 360 exhibitors, and encourages visitors to “ take advantage of visiting exhibitions, ask questions, and gather as much information as possible.” James Craig Builders participates in the largest show to date, as well.

November 19 , 2004 Craig Rakowski President of James Craig Builders Inc., is installed as President of the Metropolitan Builders Association. September 9, 2004 "Lumber Prices are soaring, but building, remodeling shows little sign of Slumping." Craig Rakowski was interviewed about techniques to lock in the rising lumber prices. September 2, 2004 And the Winners Are . . . The Metropolitan Builders Association held an Awards Dinner for the 59th Annual Parade of Homes on Thursday, September 2nd at The Country Inn. As in the past, the Awards Dinner featured an outstanding video presentation depicting the 38 model homes in this year’s Parade. September 2, 2004 James Craig Builders earns the "Partners in Excellence Award" at the annual Parade of Homes Awards dinner. Award recognizes that James Craig Builders used 100% Metropolitan Builders Association members as subcontractors and suppliers on their Parade entry "Elegance at Taylor's Woods ". August 22, 2004 Elegance at Taylor's woods by James Craig Builders is the featured home appearing in the Journal Sentinel Real Estate Section. November 2003 Craig Rakowski elected as President - Elect for the Metropolitan Builders Association. August 27, 2003 James Craig Builders earns the "Partners in Excellence Award" at the annual Parade of Homes Awards dinner. Award recognizes that James Craig Builders used 100% Metropolitan Builders Association members as subcontractors and suppliers on their Parade entry "The Silverton III". These television spots capitalize on James Craig Builders excellent referral relationships.
