	Dave Montguire – Builder Certified Construction Professional Dave has been with James Craig Builders since 2000 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in construction management. Dave is also a talented carpenter, and specializes in assessing placement of the foundation, site-work preparation and excavation. Dave's goal is to keep you informed of your home’s progress throughout construction, and he is extremely effective at offering solutions to customers’ concerns and resolving any issues that may arise. Our customers love Dave – usually they ask if Dave can stick around and help out around their new house for a while.
	Troy Heil – Builder Certified Construction Professional Troy has more than 10 years of new home building experience. Prior to joining the James Craig team, he managed the construction of operations of a top-25 builder and also owned and operated a painting and staining company for 15 years. Troy stays on top of everything and is very effective at follow up and follow through. His goal is to make your building experience a positive one by keeping you apprised of your home’s status from start to finish. Just ask any of our customers who have worked with Troy…he’s easy to work with and always prompt in returning a call.
	Selena Wacha – Interior Designer Putting your style into your new home can, many times, be an intimidating part of your building process. Rest assured, as your personal in-house interior designer, Selena will provide individual time devoted to you and your family during the selections process. As an integral part of our building process; Selena offers her personal assistance to guide your choices to best fit your needs and life style. With over eight years of combined residential and commercial design experience, you can feel confident that she will help you to stay on track, with-in budget, and have a great experience while you building your dream home. Selena prides herself on making certain that you will love the selection choices of your new home top to bottom. Whether it is the color of your floors, the finish of your cabinetry, or the style of your chandelier, quality time and care will be taken to help you make your house your home!
	Vivian Pingel – Operations Specialist Vivian is an important part of our office team. She ensures that all of your paperwork is handled efficiently, and is the person responsible for processing your selections, change orders and statements. It’s not always an easy job managing changes from customer to builder and supplier, and then back again, but Vivian’s attention to detail makes our construction operation run smoothly.
	Bill Tatman, CPA – Vice President of Finance Bill's professional contribution to your project is a steady persistence in the auditing of all contract and change order dollars. Bill is our expert link to the Title Company for all projects. Your closing statement is well reviewed and very easy to comprehend, and there won’t be any surprises because you’ll be kept informed about the cost of your new home throughout construction.
