1. Home design meetings and custom plan services (at no charge)
2. Personalized selection coordination
3. Weekly phone updates/direct access to builder
4. Rough construction walk-through
5. Electrical walk-through during construction
6. Notification of guaranteed move-in date
7. Professional final cleaning, including window washing
8. Pre-closing quality inspection and home orientation
9. Automatic reminder of warranty deadline; 10-month follow up visit
10. 11-month drywall touch up, as needed
11. Scheduled workday to complete required service work
12. Ongoing communications via newsletter, events, etc. – you’ll always be our customer
